The lesson of the morning glory

I planted seeds in my small garden this year.

I never seed before, why not a very patient man, waiting for the little green shoots rise from the ground was simply planted too much for me. But this year, I thought I'd try. I thought it would be a good metaphor for me to be something to work and see grow, so I have many times, planted thoughts, dreams and affirmations, and I saw many of them become a reality.

And so inThis spring I planted my garden. I decided for many kinds of flowers and each other, Morning Glories. Within a month, many other flowers were bursting through the soil, but not Morning Glories.

Every morning I ran outside to check on her and nothing, nothing more for several weeks. I wanted to give them. I was sure that she simply 'does not meet so to speak. And then one day it happened! They had broken through the ground and started to increase. And the climb and climb and climb that .... with his big beautiful heart-shaped leaves.

And so the saga continues, nothing for weeks and weeks and weeks, but leaves more and more beautiful. And I thought: "Well, the leaves are beautiful, but all that I'll probably get here." And then one fine morning and glorious, was there, the most beautiful sky blue morning glory I've ever seen! It seemed a miracle for me. I had to wait more than three months for this particular tender,Results funnel shaped flower, and was now here in all its glory.

It reminded me of how many times I had in my life for something I want, when and how incredible is finally there and wait, how many times I wanted, had to throw in the towel and simply give up.

But I was not prepared for what happens next with this little flower and I was surprised and deeply saddened by it.

Roses and geraniums and daisies and flowers bloom most of the otherMorning Glories and stay a while 'but not. Morning Glories open to the world in the morning in all its glory, hence the name Morning Glory.

And if you look closely at them, you will see how extraordinary Both are in color and texture and that among them is a kind of golden light that shines from within.

But here's the hard part ...

At the end of the day, turn to one of the most beautiful shades of lavender, and then close, wilt and die. They live only for a day and then are gone. I can not tell you how much this saddens me and has had a profound effect of this small flower on my life. I thought how sad to be so beautiful and alive only for a day. And then I realized it was for a gift.

You see, no matter how long your life is. Import only you were here, in all your glory, you have opened completely and let your light shine, and you brought joy to those who came intoContact you. This is most important to the morning glory and that is what is really important for us all.

The morning glories make me grateful for each new day now in a way that was not previously. Every night I go with them to visit and know these details are not here tomorrow, to take its place. If you knew when we awoke in the morning we only have one day to really live, life would be very different for many of us.

Well, every morning I thankI gave the gift of another day in all its glory. We can learn all of life, if we open to the beauty that is around us. And nature can be one of our greatest teachers.

What made for a lesson in deep as a simple flower.

... Thank you, my sweet little morning glories!
